Made by hand,

Blooming began with a simple idea, that a celebration cake should be as beautiful as the moment it marks. We specialise in Korean rice cakes and bean paste flowers, each one piped petal by petal in our Auckland studio.
From 100 day blessings to birthdays and weddings, every cake is made to order with natural ingredients and a lot of patience, never from a mould, never from a fridge.
